Red Robin Attendees Air Travel
Air Travel MUST be booked through New Act Travel. Please remember travel booked on the internet or through another agency will not be reimbursed. Red Robin will pay for your travel and room nights for you and a guest for the retreat dates only. Should you need an exception for any reason, please contact your RVP. You will be contacted by New Act Travel via email within 14 business days of filling out your registration form. If you have not been, please contact or tina@gemmeetings.com

Supplier Partner Air Travel
You are welcome to book your own travel and send your flight itinerary to Tina@GEMMeetings.com. Alternatively, you can use our partner, Lisa Ohara, who can be reached at  lisa.ohara@newacttravel.com.

Airport Ground Transportation
The Kahului Airport is located 17 miles from the Fairmont.  Travel time is approximately 30 minutes. 

Transportation will be provided for you.
