Hotel Check-in
The check-in time at the Fairmont is 4:00pm, and every effort will be made to accommodate you when you arrive at the hotel. Luggage storage will be available at the bell stand if you are not able to check in to your hotel room.

Program Inclusions
Red Robin has arranged all hotel accommodations (room & tax), all group prearranged meals, and transfers during the program dates of March 16-20, 2025. Gratuities for all group meal functions, bell staff, housekeeping, and ground transportation have been prepaid.  *Supplier Partner rooms not included*

Incidentals
Upon check-in, you will be asked to present a major credit card to cover any incidental charges you may incur (e.g., laundry, movie, gift shop, etc.). The hotel will keep a separate record of these charges. At check-out, be prepared to settle your account with the front suite. The check-out time is 12:00pm.

Ground Transportation
You and your spouse/guest are responsible for arranging transportation to and from your home airport. You may expense the cost of such transportation and airport parking. Ground transportation to and from the Fairmont and airport will be provided.

On Site Registration
Once you have checked into the hotel, please stop by the Red Robin Presidents Club Hospitality Desk in the lobby. The Red Robin Event Staff will be available to provide you with your registration packet and answer any questions you may have.

What is needed at Check-In? A major credit card and your ID (Driver’s License or Passport)

Climate
The average daytime temperature for Maui in March is in the high 70s, with temperatures dropping into the low 70s in the evening. A light jacket or sweater is recommended for outdoor functions that take place every evening.
