Red Robin Attendees Air Travel
Air Travel MUST be booked through New Act Travel. Please remember travel booked on the internet or through another agency will not be reimbursed. Red Robin will pay for your travel and room nights for you and a guest for the retreat dates only. Should you need an exception for any reason, please contact your RVP. You will be contacted by New Act Travel via email within 14 business days of filling out your registration form. If you have not been, please contact or tina@gemmeetings.com

Airport Ground Transportation

The Monterey airport is approximately 20 minutes from Pebble Beach

Transportation will be provided for you.

A state issued REAL I.D. or valid passport is required for domestic travel in the U.S.A.

Starting February 1, 2026, if you are unable to provide the required acceptable form of ID at a TSA checkpoint, you will have the option to pay a $45 fee through the government website: https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/1820857221  

It is recommended to pay the TSA $45.00 fee prior to heading to the airport, to save time with the additional screening process in verifying your identity.
